You decide what you want to visit! You can find all the visit possibilities according to the themes below. You tell us what themes or visits you are interested in, (for one or more days if you are organizing a group tour) and we will send you a proposal with the total price for the day: Our rate + any travel / travel expenses, entry fees + any restaurant visit (see rate)

Meals and accomodation

If you prepare your own lunch packet, we can look for a nice picnic place for you. Occitanya collaborates with a number of restaurants. Depending on where we are, we can make a restaurant booking for you if you wish.

Also for night accommodations, Occitanya collaborates with a number of key partners. If you wish to organize a group, we can help you in finding a suitable place to stay. Learn more under Gastronomy and hospitality

Reservation, confirmation, payment and departure

  • On our facebook page "Occitania", you can see if there are trips already planned that you can join. If there is a trip you want to join, please contact us by the contact form or by e-mail.
  • If you want to request your own trip, you can also do that on our contact form, or by e-mail. Please indicate the day(s) you want to book, and what you would like to visit
  • You will receive a proposition of a program and a confirmation of the date (or a proposition of another date if we are already booked), with a quote
  • Your request will be confirmed by e-mail

Recommended that you wear good walking shoes,and bring head protection and sun crème We provide bottles of water . For our river trips, provide yourself with swimwear and water shoes


€ 120,00 per day (1 to 54 persons : price per person = 120€ divided by the number of persons)

  • Guidance on the whole tour, and explanations about the area in Dutch or French or English
  • Tax (TVA). Your tour guide is registered in France with URSSAF as "auto-entrepreneur, liberal profession ', and therefore required to pay taxes. Details included on your invoice
  • Group insurance under "Responsabilité civile professionnelle". You are insured as long as you remain close to the tour guide and follow his instructions
Not included:
  • Where the guide is using his own car there is an additional cost of € 0.19 per KM. Groups may if they wish use their own private cars, or book a small mini bus or coach. Where mini buses or coaches are hired through one of our partner companies discount deals would be available. If the group numbers between 1 and 4 persons you could drive in the tour guides car, For numbers between 5 and 8 person a mini bus would be suitable while for numbers over 9 and up to 54 a coach would be needed. Please note that the rental of a mini bus or coach must be requested on time. (At least 1 week in advance). A quote can be sent on request
  • Admissions. (Many museums, castles, monasteries, sports ... offer group discounts or discounts for children. Our partners also offer additional discounts.)
  • Lunch. If you provide your own lunch then, we make sure we have a nice picnic area for you on the route. We can also book a restaurant for you with one of our restaurant partners (who also provide an additional discount)

Group travel

"Occitanya" provides a customized and varied program for each target group / age group (up to 54 people) in English.
The organization is completely in cooperation and consultation with the leaders of your group to decide:

  • the program, the trips/excursions
  • the accommodations and the meals
  • transportation: from your home country with your rented coach, or a coach rented locally, to collect the group from the airport or railway station.
Rate : € 120,00 per day (for example a tour of 6 days: 6 x 120€ = 720€)

  • 100% availability of the tour leader from the time of arrival until the time of departure.
  • Tax (TVA). Your tour guide is registered in France with URSSAF as "auto-entrepreneur, liberal profession ', and therefore required to pay taxes. This will be included on the invoice.
  • Guidance and expert commentary during the entire trip.
Not included:
  • Costs for preparation with planning and reservations. (20€ incl. TVA / hour)
  • Travel insurance for the travellers.
  • Travel costs of the tour leader. (0,19€ / KM)
  • Meals of the tour leader.
  • Overnight accommodation costs for the tour leader
